At Tool Nirvana, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure your home projects are a success. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Tool Nirvana account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Tools

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
